Sounds pretty good so far right? The key for this program is to have a goals and go for it with all you have (sort of like your very own Olympic metal.) And this isn’t just for fitness. It can be used for ANYTHING. Finances, school, planning weddings or just home projects. So here’s how it would break down in your life. A lot of Olympians use the logic and thinking when in training for the Olympics.
S- set a goal = I want to lose x amount of pounds overall (or save money ect.)
M- measurable = I want to lose x pounds a week
A- action = Making a plan on what you need to do to make this happen. Including workout and planning meals.
R- realistic = Don’t say I want to lose 10lbs a week. Something you know you can do. And commit to it!
T- time = Set yourself a deadline for your over all goal and work for it every single day!
If I could I’d add an S at the end for support! You need to find a place you can get help and have friends who help you stay committed because you’re all going through it together. Buddy Slim is my favorite free community to be able to get on and get support.
So I also came across This amazing Men’s Health workout article that’s a great read for anyone trying to get those muscles going stronger. So check it out in your spare time.
